We are taught at an early age that if we try hard enough we can be whatever we want. I do believe this, to a certain extent, but it misses the point of real success. Yes, if I spend my life working 14 hours a day, 7 days a week staying on top of all the financial journals and magazines, neglecting my wife and kids, forgoing real opportunities to do good in society and to help others then there is a very real possibility that I can be successful in making some money. If I did this, though, I would be miserable and so would everyone around me. I would add no real value to the world. I would just be a slave to what I think success is. …
This is my third episode of Renewed2Win. I am still using old audio recordings from my days as a youth pastor. I will probably continue to do that for the remainder of the year as because I am trying to get more blog posts up on the website. Feedback is greatly appreciated as I get this program started.
